DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMES

You can place your order by making the purchase directly on the website using any of the payment methods enabled for this purpose. If you have any questions during the purchase, you can contact us by email at info@kolonakimadrid.com or by phone at 683396277 and we will advise you on your purchase. Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the purchase.

Shipping is carried out once payment has been received. The cost and delivery time are determined by the country of destination:

(01) Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Sweden, Lithuania, Croatia and Malta.
(02) Switzerland, Norway and Monaco.

(03) These times may be altered by customs procedures and are not the responsibility of Kolonaki.

It is important to note that import taxes, duties and tariffs from some countries may be charged once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs of the corresponding destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. For more details on charges, please consult your local customs office.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you would like to exchange or return an item after placing your order, you can do so within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To proceed with the return, you must send an email to info@kolonakimadrid.com and we will confirm the steps to follow.

Unless the return is due to defects in the product, the costs related to shipping will be borne by the user.

Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned merchandise does not meet our return requirements.

Once we receive the item, we will refund the full amount except for shipping costs.

Returns of ARCHIVE SALE garments are not accepted.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or certified mail and that you retain the proof of delivery. Please note that custom-made items or those made to order cannot be returned. If you have any questions before making a purchase, we always recommend that you contact our Customer Service department.
